John DeJarnette is a strengths-based executive and life coach who brings over 20 years of leadership experience in law enforcement, training, organizational development, and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has led teams, developed leaders, and helped individuals navigate high-pressure environments with integrity, resilience, and purpose.
But John’s passion for helping men extends beyond professional success.
Growing up without a father, John understands firsthand the impact that strong male leadership, or the absence of it, can have on a person’s life. Through his own journey, he discovered that true success isn’t measured solely by achievements at work. It’s also found in the quality of our relationships, the strength of our character, and the legacy we leave at home.
Today, John is committed to helping men win where it matters most. He works with executives, first responders, business leaders, husbands, and fathers who want to become more intentional, confident, and effective in both their personal and professional lives. His mission is to help men develop the skills, mindset, and emotional intelligence needed to lead with strength, humility, and purpose.
John holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership and is certified in leadership and relationship coaching. He is trained in Prepare/Enrich and the Gottman Method and is a Certified Facilitator of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. His coaching integrates practical leadership principles, faith-based growth, and a deeply relational approach that encourages lasting transformation.
Whether coaching individuals, couples, or leadership teams, John helps clients clarify their goals, strengthen their relationships, build resilience, and create sustainable rhythms for success and well-being.
His approach is action-oriented, personalized, and grounded in grace, truth, accountability, and hope.
Come Home Collective
“Helping men lead with strength, purpose, and integrity.”
Hi, I’m Lisa DeJarnette, MSW, LISW.
For nearly three decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as a therapist, coach, and guide. My work has focused on helping people move from overwhelm, self-doubt, and disconnection toward greater clarity, confidence, healing, and purpose.
Professionally, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, Christian counseling, couples therapy, and adult ADHD. I am TEAM-CBT certified and have received advanced training in the Gottman Method, The Couples Institute Developmental Model, and Prepare/Enrich. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University and have spent more than 29 years helping people navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
But my story is more than my credentials.
Like many of the women I serve, I spent years striving, performing, and trying to be everything for everyone. As a woman diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I understand firsthand what it feels like to question yourself, lose touch with your voice, and wonder if you’re somehow falling behind.
That experience became part of my calling.
Today, through Come Home Collective, I help women reconnect with who they truly are beneath the expectations, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and endless striving. My passion is helping people become beautifully known—to themselves, to others, and to God.
I believe healing happens when we stop performing and start belonging.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me in the garden, spending time with family, walking nature trails, cheering on growth in all its forms, and finding life lessons in sunflowers, seeds, and the beauty of becoming.
If you’re longing for a place to belong, grow, and flourish, you’re welcome here.
